Rotisserie chickens in walk-in cooler measured 140 degrees F, items were in sealed plastic bags to cool. Bags were opened at time. Please ensure food items are cooled in open containers with adequate airflow to ensure maximum heat transfer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
