Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink in the bakery in the back area with hot water lever not working. Water temperature: 70°F. Person in charge (PIC) stated the handwashing sink broke about 2 weeks ago and a work order has been placed for it. Informed PIC that handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Please fix prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection within 10 days (06/25/26).
