Rodent droppings were found near the cooler entrance. Rodent gnawing evidence was observed in the of the entry doors into the room. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection.

A phone call was received from the person in charge (PIC), H. Hollister, with updates regarding the hot water in the handwash sinks (violation #8). The PIC stated they are still working on repairing the remaining handwash sinks. Per PIC, they are still waiting for parts to fix/repair the sinks and are working with FMD to resolve this issue.

One of the metered faucet handwash sinks was dispensing water at 120*F and another handwash sink at 113*F. The person in charge (PIC) began working on the issue, but could not resolve it at the time of inspection. Please ensure metered faucets have a temperature of 100-110*F to allow for adequate handwashing. A re-inspection will be conducted within 10 days to ensure the issue is addressed.
