A phone call was received from the person in charge (PIC), H. Hollister, with updates regarding the hot water in the handwash sinks (violation #8). The PIC stated they are still working on repairing the remaining handwash sinks. Per PIC, they are still waiting for parts to fix/repair the sinks and are working with FMD to resolve this issue.

The PIC did not provide an ETA on the parts, but stated they will notify us as soon as the handwash sinks are repaired. The PIC stated there is a least one working sink in the area.

Three of the metered faucet handwash sinks were dispensing water at 122*F-127*F. The person in charge (PIC) began working on the issue, but could not resolve it at the time of inspection. Please ensure metered faucets have a temperature of 100-110*F to allow for adequate handwashing. A re-inspection will be conducted within 10 days to ensure the issue is addressed.
