Observed employee return from rear entrance with rolling trash can and interact with cartons of milk in reach-in near front without washing hands. Observed employee grab and move cleaned dishes from sanitizer and place on shelf for drying without washing hands prior. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection after inspector intervention. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed several spray bottles with blue liquid underneath prep table with no label indicating common names. Discussed the importance of labeling chemical containers and asked PIC to label all containers without a common name. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
