Observed chicken nuggets sitting out on counter under no heat element at 96*f degrees. PIC stated nuggets were reheated from frozen within the last 2 hours. Food service was not for another 45 minutes discussed keeping items above 135*f degrees until ready for service. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
