PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage -- Observed mop sink unable to drain from point of discharge near dry storage area in kitchen. The maintenance technician used a wet vacuum to remove water, snaked the drain, ran the faucet in the mop sink, and the drain was still clogged. At the time of inspection, a plumber arrived on site, snaked the drain, removed debris of cleaning towel/plastic, and successfully cleared the drain. The inspector ran plumbing fixtures including: toilets, dishwasher, prep sinks, hand sinks, and the mop sink for several minutes to verify all drains remained cleared. Sewage wastewater shall be properly drained to a system in accordance to LAW. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
