Observed in-use tongs stored hanging from handles of equipment on the cook line with the food contact surface of the tongs in contact with non-food contact surfaces of equipment. The person in charge removed ustensils for warewashing.

Observed exposed bricks used to prop up equipment on the cook line and the ice machine. Observed unsealed gaps along the ventilation hood and unsealed gaps/holes in the walls by the front counter hallway and the back receiving entrance. Observed gaps under and around the back door and door frame.
