Inspector's notes

Observed black organic matter on the inside of the soda nozzles for the main fountain. Observed white and pink organic matter on the inside of the ice dispenser. Informed PIC that food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. Informed PIC that these pieces of equipment need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which prevents the growth of organic matter. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Hand sink in the back of the establishment is spraying water towards the user when faucet is turned on. Informed PIC of the sink spraying water. PIC informed me that there is a ticket in to repair it. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
