Inspector's notes
Observed the automatic sanitizing dispenser at the retail three compartment sink dispensing quat at 0 PPM. Alerted manager, who stated they had their third party come out and service the automatic dispenser 2 weeks ago. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Staff plan to use the three-compartment sink in deli until the retail three compartment sink is dispensing quat at the appropriate range (150-400 PPM). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
