Inspector's notes

Observed atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) backflow prevention device at the mop sink in the kitchen fitting loosely and leaking water while the faucet was turned on. The mop sink faucet was connected to a chemical dispenser. The school shall provide a separate, dedicated water line for the chemical dispenser to prevent any cross-connection hazards. The school shall replace the AVB backflow prevention device at the kitchen mop sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
