Observed several gallons of milk and several cases of bottled flavored milk with internal temperatures of 51°F in walk-in beverage cooler. Ambient air temperature measure 52°F. Per person-in-charge (PIC), milk had been delivered a couple of days prior. Discussed keeping milk in alternative working cooler and to not order more milk until beverage cooler had been serviced and maintains an ambient air temperature of 41°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
