Observed missing tiles on the floors directly below the soda machines. This area needs to be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of spilt fluids and food. The surface cannot be easily cleaned because the surface is not smooth. Please repair the tiles under the soda machine. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed the soda machines in disrepair and accumulating pink organic matter and food residue on and around the machines. One of the machines is leaking and says out of order. The sealing around the machines is not smooth and easily cleanable. The surface around the cups holders is also worn and collecting sticky residue. All the surfaces on and around the machine need to be easy to clean to reduce food residue and organic matter accumulation. Repair or replace the soda machines by next routine inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of any accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
