Observed the floor drain overflowing and spreading throughout the kitchen under the three-compartment sink. The PIC stated the plumber is coming. Corrective Action: Correct at once.

Noted gaps between ceiling tiles and adjacent walls. Door frame has exposed framing metals and opening is not finished. Please seal all gaps, cracks, penetrations, exposed studs, frames, etc. Use semi-gloss paint on finished walls that are not in wet areas. Noted the back door have metal screen door, but the self-closer at the top of the door is in the way and prevent the screen door to close properly. Please replace the self-closer with self-closing hinges on the back door to allow the screen door effectively closed without gaps. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
