Discussed cleaning procedure for the Blizzard spindle located by the drive through window. PIC stated that the spindle gets wiped down with sanitizer. Inspector requested cleaning procedures for the device. The cleaning procedures state that the spindle must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized as needed. Discussed cleaning TCS food contact surfaces/equipment every 4 hours. Inspector set up three buckets and demonstrated how to properly clean the unit. A time stamp sticker was placed on the unit to ensure that proper cleaning methods and being conducted. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
