In the walk in cooler, 2 pans of par cooked turkey burgers over 5 pans of par cooked beef burgers. Par cooked foods are still considered raw and should be stored according to their minimum cook temperatures. Manager rearranged the sheet trays to proper storage. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
