Inspector's notes

Observed ice dispenser at beverage fountain with visible accumulation of residue inside ice chute. Discussed increasing cleaning frequency for beverage dispenser to prevent accumulation of debris with person-in-charge (PIC). All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Food contact surfaces touching non-Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety (TCS) foods are to be cleaned every 24 hours or at any time contamination may have occurred. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
