No County legal action will result from this inspection.The service kitchen has a 2-compartment sink, which is used for handwashing and rinsing plates, cups, silverware etc. According to employees, the dish machine does not work and was not in use during the inspection. Resident dishes and equipment must be transported to the main kitchen to be properly washed/rinsed/sanitized. The sink used for handwashing must not be used for any other purpose. Discussed adjusting the stopper on the pull-down sprayer at the sinks with a pull-down sprayer.
