Observed hand washing sink next to prep sink with missing p-trap and water shut off. Additional sink is currently being used for hand washing, but this sink is an requirement and must be maintained in operational status. A reinspection will be conducted within 10 day to ensure handwashing sink is operational. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection

Observed milk with internal temperatures ranging between 54°F to 56°F in walk-in cooler. Ambient air temperature of walk-in cooler was 53°F. Person in charge was unsure of how long the milk and unit had been out of temperature. Milk was discarded at time of inspection. Discussed keeping future deliveries of milk in reach-in coolers that are maintaining an ambient air temperature of 41°F or below until walk- in cooler has been serviced and is holding the proper temperature.
