Observed raw chicken and liquid eggs cold holding at internal temperature of 49-50 deg F in a walk in unit that was holding temperature at >41 deg F earlier in day (according to manager). The walk in unit temperature had been restored to <41 deg F and the manager informed these food items had been in walk in unit since the night prior and discarded. An embargo form was prepared.
