Shorten sprayer nozzle so it is 1 inch above the flood rim of the sink prior to re-inspection. Reviewed backflow prevention with person in charge (PIC) at time of inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 7/27.
