Observed cook crack eggs with gloved hands and then proceeded to touch clean plate and spatula. Person in charge (PIC) had cook remove gloves and wash hands at time of inspection. PIC brought the plate and spatula to the dish pit to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
