Inspector's notes
Observed the hand wash sink and the three compartment sink inaccessible due to stacked product boxes that are directly in front of all basins. Establishment has open ice cream, pickles, ice, and soda dispensers and are required wash hands and utilize three compartment sinks for cleaning. Remove all boxes and ensure that the sinks are easily accessible at all times of operation. Place soap and paper towels at hand wash sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
