----Unopened package of turkey deli meat and ham deli meat-47F in the reach in cooler next to the rear storage room area. PIC stated that both items had been in the unit for about 3 hours and relocated to the walk in cooler. (Walk in cooler temperature was below 41F.) Keep PHF/TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or below. *Ambient temperature of reach in cooler was 48-49F. PIC stated that unit has a work order and is scheduled for repair. Establishment has sufficient refrigeration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
