Observed several pans that were on a drying rack which were nested together with water still trapped inside of them. Person in charge separated the wet pans so that they can fully air-dry. Discussed with person in charge to fully air-dry wet dishes prior to stacking them together. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
