Observed a tray of chopped cooked bratwurst in a warmer directly on top of the meat display. Bratwurst is on display for self-service samples for consumers. No effective means of protecting displayed food from contamination by consumers observed. Foods on display shall be protected by packaging, counter service line, sneeze guards, display case or other effective means. The bratwurst was was moved off of the display at time on inspection.
