Observed a small display of oysters in ice between the self service display and refrigerated display case without any visible protection to prevent possible contamination from consumers. Foods on display shall be protected from contamination by packaging, counter service line, sneeze guards, display case or other effective means. PIC was able to find and set up plexiglass oyster bar display at time of inspection. Ensure plexiglass display is present when oysters are on display. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
