Predefined Comment: PIC moved employee consumables to the designated area and will retrain on proper eating, drinking, and tobacco use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no soap at hand sink in produce packaging area of store. All hand sinks must have soap and hand drying device. Soap was added to hand sink location. Advised staff to check soap and paper towels at te beginning of each shift. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
