Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence ---Observed rodent droppings underneath pallets and on shelves in back storage area. Also in back storage area observed sliding receiving doors with large gaps at bottom where doors are damaged. Establishment has been actively treating for rats and is currently waiting for new doors to be delivered to replace damaged ones. Discussed with person in charge placing a temporary barricade over damaged portion of door to prevent pests from entering. Person in charge will let inspector know when repairs to door have been performed. Will continue communication with establishment about ongoing treatment for rat problem. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
