Observed pipes underneath soda dispenser in dinning area without a 1 inch airgap to drain. An air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the PLUMBING FIXTURE, EQUIPMENT, or non FOOD EQUIPMENT shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and air gap must not be less than 1 inch. PIC was informed about the necessary gap in-between pipes and drain. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
