Observed a can of Progresso Soup on a shelf with a significant dent along the side near the upper edge of the can. Damaged products shall be segregated from food, equipment and utensils. PIC removed can from shelf and set apart. Observed a carton of eggs on the bottom shelf of the leftmost rack, near the back of the rack, in the walk-in refrigerator with a "best by" date of 27 Apr 24. Spoiled products shall be segregated from food, equipment and utensils. PIC reports their supplier will be in tomorrow and will exchange the eggs. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
