During inspection, the outdoor dumpster lid was open. Build-up of organic material was observed at the bottom of the dumpster. The person in charge (PIC) was shown the build-up. Please ensure the lid is closed and all trash is properly bagged. Also, ensure the dumpster is cleaned on a regular basis to prevent the harborage of pests.
