Inspector's notes
Observed pop corn machine with food and oil debris on and utensils stored in the machine. Per person in charge (PIC) the machine was used a few days prior to inspection. Discussed with PIC all food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Non-TCS equipment shall be cleaned 24 hours and stored away clean between uses. Discussed to clean equipment by following the manufacturer's specifications or by soap, rinse, sanitize and airdry. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
