Observed organic matter and food debris building up inside of the floor drains at the main soda fountain and at the smaller soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the floor drains on a more regular basis to prevent buildup in the floor drains. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
