Establishment using quat sanitizer without the ability to monitor sanitizer solution with no quat test strips. Establishment has chlorine test strips so switched to using chlorine sanitizer. If establishment wants to use quat sanitizer, obtain quat test strips. Establishment will use chlorine sanitizer until quat test strips are purchased. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
