Instructed employee on proper handwashing and instructed employee to remove gloves, wash hands, and don new gloves to continue with tasks. On counters, cooked pasta/ 75*F and garlic in oil/68*F out of internal temperatures. Per manager, pasta and garlic were removed from cold holding within normal time parameters.
