Observed vinyl cove base peeling off under 3-compartment sink in produce prep area. Also observed drain pipe at 3- 3-compartment sink sitting below flood rim. Discussed with PIC to ensure facilities are maintained, PIC put in work order to have fixed/replaced. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
