Of note: Establishment has work order to address broken floor tiles; A/C issues; three compartment sink leak.Reminder: Two door refrigerator and two door freezer unit are not designed to be in environment above 90*F.

Observed inside kitchen to corner left where can opener is stored. Can opener had orange and black liquid coming out of can opener. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). ====Clean to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
