Observed a bottle of liquor being stored directly in the ice well at the main bar. This same ice well is being used to provide ice for customer beverages. Ice used as an exterior coolant may not be used as an ingredient in any food/drinks. PIC removed the bottle and shut down the well at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
