Inspector's notes

Observed water temperature at the hand washing sink and three compartment sink to be at 70 degrees F. Spoke with PIC and they will have someone come out to look at the water temperature. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. A re-inspection will occur within 24 hours to verify that the water temperature is at 100 degrees F. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
