PIC stated that the faucet was only used for the rag washing machine and they had an alternative line for water to fill up the mop bucket. Educated PIC that there cannot be anything attached to a hose that is down stream from an AVB valve. PIC removed the hose at time of inspection and placed a sign stating "do not attach hose".
