Inspector's notes
Observed in use automatic dishwasher reading at 0ppm chlorine sanitizer after several cycles were ran. Per manager, dishwasher tested within proper concentration earlier in the day. 3 compartment sink with quaternary ammonia sanitizer was set up at time of inspection, and dishwasher was shut down/ service call made at time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer is reading at proper concentration of 50-100ppm chlorine before using automatic dishwasher. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
