Observed packaged ground meat thawing in the three compartment sink. The packed ground meat was observed in a container of standing water at 85°F. When thawing foods ensure product is completely submerged under running water at a water temperature of 70°F or below, with sufficient water velocity to agitate and float off loose particles in an overflow.
