Inspector's notes

At self-serve counter, observed a creamer carafes containing half- half using 4-hour time as a public health control with a start time of 6:02AM. More than 4 hours had elapsed (observed at ~10:30AM). Food that is unmarked or marked to exceed 4 hours must be discarded. Milk products were voluntarily discarded at time and discussed monitoring time closely under time as a control with PIC and ensuring that time as a control is followed according to written policy. The carafes were changed out at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
