Concentration of quat sanitizer in sanitizer bucket on prep line measured <150ppm when tested. Sanitizer was dispensed directly from dispenser at mop sink and tested <150ppm. Quat sanitizer at 3-compartment sink was tested and measured approximately 200ppm. Establishment will use sanitizer dispenser at 3-compartment sink for buckets until dispenser at mop sink is able to dispense quat sanitizer at 150-400ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
