Hose at sink had a nozzle on the end of hose downstream from the atmospheric vacuum breaker. Water was turned on and under pressure. Manager turned off water and removed hose nozzle. Never leave a hose on with constant pressure. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The shelving units inside the walk-in cooler and near fryer station are soiled with grease and dust. Hand contact areas, such as door handles, light switches, etc. are soiled with grease. Floor drains have food inside of them. Clean these areas and maintain clean. There is a leak at the chemical dispenser. Repair. There are food contact gloves stored in bathroom next to cleaning chemicals. Remove gloves and store with food contact areas. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Repeat Violation Excessive dust, oil, and food debris build up observed on green storage racks in walk-in refrigerator, above pizza cutting station, wing sauce station, wing storage cooler side panel and wall. Please clean these areas in a manner and frequency that prevents buildup of debris and residues. Manager stated task will be assigned to staff soon.
