Inspector's notes
Sole handwashing sink in food prep area was blocked by a reach-in freezer and wooden counter set up directly beside it making sink completely inaccessible. Person in charge was able to have counter moved forward slightly so that handwashing sink was able to be used. Handwashing sinks shall be free of obstruction and available for use at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
