Observed thawed commercially processed foods on rolling cart in walk in cooler at 50*F (see embargo list) Cold hold of food to be at 41*F or lower. Person in charge discarded sandwiches at time of site visit. Advised staff to not store sandwiches in customer self service walk in cooler and to verify cold hold temperatures. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
