Inspector's notes
In walk in cooler, dripping water in between ceiling spacing. Per manager, water has been dripping for "some time" and believed to be clogged condensate drainage line on roof. Repair prior to reinspection. Condensate drainage and other non-SEWAGE liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to LAW. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
