Inspector's notes

Observed heavy amounts of black sooty build-up on many of the baking sheets. Alerted manager and discussed deep cleaning frequencies with staff. The grocery manager plans to deep clean the baking sheets or replace them before the next routine inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
